Notes:
I really wanted to put a Russian song on this album for you but didn’t want to put a
“cover” song. Nick suggested to write my own song in Russian in the style of
Russian folk love songs that I grew up listening to. So I wrote this one. We recorded this
song live in one take. I played the guitar.
This song is a little sad. You want to let someone you love know that you always think
about them and they’re always with you. You can’t quite say it to them, because
it’s a hard thing to communicate, but deep inside you hope they know you love them.
